"Karen was great she was really nice and patient with me (as I had my son with me playing and laughing in the background) and she didn’t mind one bit which was very comforting! I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into any coverage I didn’t want. She took her time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. I would honestly say she was the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. It made the experience of switching insurance company’s much less stressful to me as I am not one that likes change. "I was really dreading going through the process of switching my vehicle and homeowners Insurance but after only a few minutes of speaking to Shannon I was completely at ease. She was so pleasant and worked diligently to meet our goal of finding the perfect amount of coverage without trying to over insure us like our previous insurance company.
