"The staff is always courteous and professional. The after hours customer service line is very helpful. Their claim process is very efficient and a smooth process. I chose another insurance company about a year ago due to rising costs of my insurance with State Farm. Last week I received a message from Mattie that included a surprise quote that was very good and would save me about $90 a month! They definitely won my business back and I'm grateful. Thank you Mattie for reaching out to me with this good news. I appreciate your follow-up to save me money in this unpredictable economy. Keep up the good work."
