They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding as they helped me navigate my recent home repairs. Their guidance, coordination, and complete support from my contractor (Shane McClung with MRI Roofing & Restoration) gave me peace of mind. It means the world to me to have my house looking and feeling like "home" again. "The staff is always courteous and professional. The after hours customer service line is very helpful. Their claim process is very efficient and a smooth process. I chose another insurance company about a year ago due to rising costs of my insurance with State Farm. Last week I received a message from Mattie that included a surprise quote that was very good and would save me about $90 a month! They definitely won my business back and I'm grateful. Thank you Mattie for reaching out to me with this good news. I appreciate your follow-up to save me money in this unpredictable economy. Keep up the good work."

"I'm gonna tell you what , folks, even if you e got insurance through whoever, seriously sit down with the awesome ladies at State farm here in malvern. These ladies here , and I say these ladies because I have only had dealings with the 3 ladies I'm referring to here. From the nicest, sweetest receptionist who's name I didn't catch, and to her I do apologize, but just the sweetest young lady always smiling and an offer of a cold bottle of water on a sizzling hot day to the most efficient and hard working agent who went above and beyond to get me away from the company I had been with for 15 years to save me almost $500 every 6 months on my auto insurance and about $600 a year on my homeowners insurance, y'all that's $1600 a year Mattie Greene saved me, she was simply amazing and knowledgeable about what she's doing there, and to her I can't thank her enough. Miss Monica Yarborough I don't know how you did it but you've truly got the dream team. Keep up the good work!"
